Youth work is challenging and much depends on building a relationship of trust. Exhaustive registration of what was discussed and taken into account goes against the building of this relationship of trust. However, without registration of the necessary data, it is not possible to provide the help needed to work with these young people. With KeDo we have been able to create an application with which we can meet the registration needs required to provide good sustainable assistance and can also generate relevant management information for management and generate (revenue) reports for clients. The flexible design of the application allows us to quickly switch and add or remove work processes in a dynamic and rapidly changing market.
